By accessing this Portfolio Launch Hub, using our free interactive calculators, or installing RangeDrop, ChronoSheet, CheerFlat, CaseGate, or CraftLedger, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Informational Nature of Free Calculators & Tax Tools

The Canadian Etsy Fee & T2125 Calculator, CraftLedger summaries, Freelance Billable Hours Calculator, Webhook Payload Generator, and Wholesale Case-Pack Margin Calculator are provided as mathematical and bookkeeping aids. Yadun Know is not a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or law firm; nothing on this website constitutes formal tax, legal, or accounting advice.

3. Subscriptions, One-Time Unlocks & 14-Day Refund Policy

Paid Pro plans for RangeDrop (US$6/mo or US$49/yr), ChronoSheet (US$5/mo or US$39/yr), CheerFlat (US$4/mo or US$39/yr), CaseGate (US$7/mo or US$59/yr), and CraftLedger (CA$29/tax year) are billed via Stripe or Shopify Billing. You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via the customer billing portal, and we honor a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy on direct Stripe purchases.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, the software and free tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Yadun Know in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, with exclusive venue in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
