1. 100% Client-Side Calculator Processing

All calculations performed inside our 4 interactive calculators (Canadian Etsy Fee & T2125 Calculator, Freelance Billable Hours Calculator, Slack/Teams Webhook Payload Generator, and Shopify Wholesale Case-Pack Margin Calculator) run strictly in your local web browser. No financial figures, CSV rows, or hourly rates entered into these free calculators are transmitted to or stored on our servers.

2. Information Collected Across Paid Micro-SaaS Products

• Billing & Licensing Information: When you purchase a Pro subscription or tax-year unlock, payment processing is handled directly by Stripe, Inc. or Shopify Billing. We store only your license key status, Stripe customer/subscription identifier, and billing email in Cloudflare KV to verify active access.
• Product-Specific Scopes: RangeDrop uses narrow Google Sheets scopes (spreadsheets.currentonly); ChronoSheet uses read-only Google Calendar access (calendar.readonly) under the Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use); CheerFlat stores workspace celebration dates in Cloudflare KV; CaseGate stores merchant order-limit rules; CraftLedger parses Etsy CSV files locally in the browser.

3. Canadian Privacy Compliance (PIPEDA)

We operate in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada. We never sell, rent, or broker personal or business data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Requests

You may request export or deletion of your license record or workspace configuration at any time by emailing support@getrangedrop.com. Verified deletion requests are completed within 14 calendar days.
